FLIR i-Series Infrared Cameras

The FLIR i-Series are small and lightweight infrared cameras designed for those needing higher resolution and more features and for whom documentation of findings are important.  

The FLIR i-Series infrared cameras are IP54-rated, making them suitable for use in harsh industrial environments. The cameras are ideal for predictive maintenance and planned inspection of electrical and mechanical systems to ensure they operate at maximum efficiency and safety with minimal energy consumption.

* FLIR i/T/P-Series cameras are also available as building models especially designed for building inspections. 

FLIR i40 / i50 / i60

LIGHTWEIGHT DESIGN, HEAVYWEIGHT PERFORMING INFRARED CAMERAS

FLIR i40, i50 and i60 are heavyweight performing infrared cameras for spotting electrical problems, identifying mechanical issues, predictive maintenance and identifying air leakages. All FLIR i-Series cameras have its equivalent building model.

Small and Lightweight

At only 600g the FLIR i-Series infrared cameras are so small and lightweight you can carry them with you anytime. Even if you are a complete beginner a FLIR i-Series camera is easy to understand and operate. The cameras come with a full manual.

Picture-in-Picture Fusion

FLIR i-Series combines a 0,6-2.3 megapixel digital camera with an infrared detector. Together, they enable Picture-in-Picture (PiP) "fusion" imaging. This feature allows you to superimpose an infrared section over a digital image of an area being inspected, simplifying both reference and later location. FLIR i40 has a fixed PiP, FLIR i50 has a PiP in 3 steps. On FLIR i60 the PiP is fully scalable which permits you to resize the thermal image as needed against the visual image. 

Laser Pointer and Laser Locator

Another useful feature is the Laser Pointer.  The Laser Pointer pinpoints the hot spot on an IR image with the real physical target. The Laser Locator associates hot or cold spot in the IR image with the physical target in the field which ensures that the exact area is being evaluated.

MeterLink^TM

FLIR i/b-Series cameras are equipped with MeterLink that displays and documents readings from an Extech moisture- or clamp meter directly on your infrared image using Bluetooth wireless connection. MeterLink will greatly improve your diagnostics, save time annotating readings, eliminate data errors, and add more customer value to your reports

Built-in LED Lights

All FLIR i-Series cameras have two built-in LED lights. So no matter what the lighting levels are like in the area you are inspecting, you will always get the quality you need.

FLIR b40 / b50 / b60 for Building Applications

The FLIR i-Series is also available for building diagnostics. Additional features for the FLIR b-models include built-in insulation and dew point alarms. The FLIR b-models are specifically designed for building inspections such as, HVAC heating and cooling issues, air flow, moisture detection, plumbing problems, and much more.

FLIR i-Series Infrared Cameras

The information below outlines the powerful features that contribute to the FLIR i-Series (including the building models) infrared cameras' performance.
 

	Up to 180 x 180 pixels resolution The FLIR i-Series infrared image resolution ranges from 120x120 pixels to 180x180 pixels depending on camera model. Every additional pixel means more valuable temperature information to isolate problem areas.
	Small and lightweight FLIR i-Series models weigh only 600g, easy to store in a belt pouch.
	High quality visual camera 2.3 Megapixel (1536 x 1536) visible light camera makes observing and inspecting faster and easier. The FLIR i40 has a visual camera with 0.6 Mp resolution.
	Picture-in-Picture (PiP) A function for overlying the infrared image on the visual image while retaining all measurement data. This feature helps to spot and highlight sensitive or dangerous temperature developments and makes report interpretation easy even for a person unfamiliar with infrared. FLIR i40/b40 has a fixed PiP. FLIR i50/b50 has a 3 step PiP and finally FLIR i60/b60 has a fully scalable PiP.
	Laser Locator (FLIR i60/b60 only) The Laser Locator associates hot or cold spot in the IR image with the physical target in the field to ensure that the exact area is being evaluated.
	Laser Pointer A conveniently located button activates the laser locator that will help you associate the hot or cold spot in the IR image with the real physical target in the field. Point camera so the laser indicator is on the hot spot in the IR image (blue arrow). The laser is now pointing on the hot spot on the real object (red arrow).
	Built-in LED lights All FLIR i-Series cameras have built-in LED lamps that ensure quality visual images regardless of job site lighting levels.
	MeterLinkTM MeterLink displays and documents readings from your Extech moisture- or clamp meter directly on your infrared image using Bluetooth wireless connection.
