Description
The CG320-IP and CG640-IP are thermal network cameras transmitting video data and temperature data simultaneously. The cores of these thermal network cameras are exactly the same as the CG320 and CG640.
With normal temperature detection mode (measure up to 120℃) or high temperature detection mode (measure up to 650℃), respectively.
These thermal network cameras are a new concept of thermal network cameras, and fundamentally different from other thermal network cameras already on the market.
CG320-IP and CG640-IP are very unique thermal network cameras transmitting compressed video data and temperature raw data, of each rectangular shape of the ROIs in the image, including temperature alarm data simultaneously via IP network.
The user can set the alarm temperature in each ROIs in the image (user can set up to 10 rectangular shape ROIs) in min., max., or average temperature. If the temperature of any ROI exceeds the set temperature, the corresponding camera sends temperature raw data of the alarm data in addition to the compressed video data to the alarm management software.
Features
Alarm Management Software
The alarm management software can record for a set period of time (alarm recording). It will pop up the corresponding channel to show an image in bigger size, with the ROI showing a different frame colour where the measured temperature exceeds the set temperature. At the same time, as the measured temperature exceeded the set temperature, it is displayed at the location in the ROI. In addition to the alarm signal and related activities in the alarm management software on the PC, the corresponding camera can also issue an alarm signal, and the user must then take action when the alarm signal is issued. For example, a warning lamp flashing with a certain alarm sound.
Regions of Interest
Setting max., min., or average temperatures in each ROI, is done in the temperature setting window in the web viewer of CG320-IP or CG640-IP, while the user can see the image as following picture. After entering the settings of the temperatures in each ROI, the user transmits the setting value to the corresponding camera. To make the camera ready to issue a temperature alarm when the measured temperature in the specific ROI exceeds its set value.
Size and number of ROIs user can be set in the web viewer for the CG320-IP or CG640-IP:
- Total number of rectangular shape of ROIs is 10
- No limitation in the size of rectangular ROIs
Multi Channels and/or Sites
COX will supply a 16 channel and a single site version of the alarm management software (VuRix VMS) free of charge for customers getting CG320-IP and CG640-IP thermal network cameras.
Alarm management software for more than 16 channels or for multi-sites shall be charged and policy for alarm management software based on VuRix including rate per channel or rate per site shall be proposed by the time CG320-IP and CG640-IP released.
Alarm management software is based on the VuRix VMS which is the best and well-known VMS in Korea, and installing alarm management software on stable PC with a certain capacity of HDD means users have a reliable NVR to which the user can connect CCTV network cameras and COX thermal network cameras, which are, CG300-IP, CG600-IP, CX1000-IP, CG320-IP, and CG640-IP. Customers can save time and money on their projects.
The recommended specification of the PC system to run the alarm management software (VuRix VMS) is, 1) OS: Windows 7, 8, 10 64bit 2) H/W: Intel i7 series CPU recommended for performance requirements Memory 8GB VGA 2GB equivalent(DirectX 9 support)
